You must review this information and notify us of any errors immediately. While we aim to provide rapid service, processing time for bookings may take anywhere from minutes to 12 hours.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposits & Payments: To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The full payment must be completed upon purchase or unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Accepted Payment Methods: TRAVELLAB TT accepts payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfers, or any other payment methods specified during the booking process. Any additional payment processing fees will be outlined.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Certain services (e.g., flights, hotel reservations, and special packages) may incur non-refundable deposits. These fees will be detailed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or our official website). Please note that cancellation fees may apply based on the type of service booked and its associated policies. Specific cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking.

• Passports & Visas: It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any other entry requirements for their destination country.
• Health and Safety: Travelers a re responsible for ensuring they meet all health or vaccination requirements fortheir destination. We advise checking with relevant health authorities and the embassy of your destination for up-to-date travel advisories and entry requirements.

6. Liability and Responsibility

• Agency Responsibility: TRAVELLAB TT will make every effort to provide accurate and timely information regarding your travel arrangements. However, we a re not liable for delays, cancellations, or any inconvenience caused bythird­ party providers (such as airlines, hotels, ortouroperators).
• Customer Responsibility: Travelers are responsible fortheir actions during travel. TRAVELLAB TT is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages to personal property during your trip.
• Force Majeure: TRAVELLAB TT will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications to travel arrangements caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or adverse weather conditions.

7. Changes to Bookings

• Agency Changes: In the unlikely event that changes to your booking are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer alternative arrangements.
• Customer Changes: If you wish to modify or update your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
